Transformation Nepal has been transforming the lives of unreached communities across Nepal since 2003. The organization was founded with a vision to promote holistic development that addresses both immediate needs and long-term sustainability.
Our work focuses on four major platforms: Education, Health, Agriculture, and Vocational Training, all integrated with strong local leadership development. We believe in developing indigenous local leaders because lasting, sustainable development begins with local leadership.
Transformation Nepal began its journey from two districts Sindhupalchowk and Kavrepalanchowk and has since expanded its reach to communities throughout Nepal. Today, Transformation Nepal is a team of 100 dedicated and promising leaders representing all seven provinces of the country.

Transformation Nepal exists to see communities in Nepal flourish through a holistic approach that addresses both physical and spiritual needs. Our goal is to empower individuals and families by providing opportunities for health care, quality education, sustainable agriculture, vocational training, and leadership development. We believe true transformation happens when people are equipped with knowledge, skills, and values that restore dignity and hope. Through coaching and mentoring, we seek to raise leaders who will impact their communities for lasting change. Our philosophy is rooted in service, compassion, and the belief that transformed lives transform communities.
