Economic empowerment is essential for long-term transformation. Transformation Nepal provides practical vocational training that prepares individuals for employment and entrepreneurship. Our programs cover a wide range of skills, including sewing project for women, non-seasonal vegetable farming, barista training, baking, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and construction. Each course is designed to give hands-on experience and marketable skills that match local demand. Many women are now empowered through sewing project and earning through their skills. With these opportunities, young men and women gain the confidence and capacity to provide for their families, break cycles of poverty, and contribute positively to their communities.
